As an added bonus we do send ALL jewelry in a free gift box that is decorated depending on the item.
Smaller items like key chains come in individual gift bags and are ready for gift giving.
& ALL of our wands come wrapped in paper with a feather as well!

If it is a holiday and you'd like us to gift wrap an item for someone in special paper, please message us as soon as the item is purchased so we can better accommodate you.

We will be happy to do so!

Items that are already made will be shipped within 1-3 business days by USPS First Class shipping by bubble mailer.
We do this so you have a tracking number at NO additional cost to you.
You can however always choose to pay more for expedited shipping.

If it is a made to order/custom piece, for example a custom hand carved wand we will give you the shipping time when we talk about the design in a message if its not notated in the initial listing - depending on what you need and holiday demands times will vary.
We are generally open Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
ALL packages come with tracking information [minus stickers to save you money, but you can upgrade to do so] so you can be on alert for when your package is set to arrive.
We have no control over USPS or criminal activity.
We can not refund for either issues if the post office shows the package was delivered and we keep track of ALL purchases.

It is your responsibility to double check your address upon checkout, we cannot refund if you used a previous or wrong address.

We have yet to run into this issue, thankfully.
